Tune in Tuesday is a weekly music feature created by Ginger at GReads, but is now hosted by the ever-fabulous Katelyn of Kate's Tales of Books and Bands. As some of you may know, I am ridiculously addicted to music. One of my favorite things to do is share the music I enjoy. Each week we'll be posting some of our favorites to spread the love of music. So link up and join the fun!
This month's special Tune in Tuesday is all about the 90's! This is actually kind of funny because the very first Tune in Tuesday I participated in was during the 90's month. I had to make sure I didn't repeat any of the songs I used last time, so here are a few that were on repeat for me back in... oh my word, high school. High school! I am sooo old! Anyway, here are some classics for your listening pleasure.
You Get What You Give by New Radical
This song was like THE song for my high school. Well, one I actually liked, anway.
Closing Time by Semisonic
This is so incredibly 90's. I heard it at work the other day and it brought back great memories.
Bitter Sweet Symphony by The Verve
Seriously though... I still love this.
This is the sound of my middle school dances! I still really like "Closing Time."
ReplyDeleteMy pick for this week.
Man, I feel so old! Haha! Ahem...
DeleteThree of my favorite 90's songs! Bitter Sweet Symphony may or may not be on my list for songs to share in the weeks to come ;)
ReplyDeleteI don't think I could ever listen to that song too much, so I look forward to seeing it again! :)
DeleteI love your picks! Totally brings back memories! The 90's was a great music era! Thanks for visiting mine too! =)
