Tune in Tuesday (75) - Love Song Edition!


Tune in Tuesday is a weekly music feature originally hosted by the fabulous Ginger at GReads. However, for the time being, Katelyn of Kate's Tales of Books and Bands will be hosting. As some of you may know, I am ridiculously addicted to music. One of my favorite things to do is share the music I enjoy. Each week we'll be posting some of our favorites to spread the love of music. It's February, and that means it's Love Song Edition on Tune in Tuesday! I'm really quite excited about this special edition, as there are heaps of awesome love songs out there. For today's edition, I decided to just pick a few random ones that I thought of off the top of my head. I hope you enjoy! Happy listening!

I Won't Spend Another Night Alone by The Ataris


Okay, any song that says "The things you make me wanna do. I'd rob a quik-e mart for you. I'd go to the pound and let all the cats go free, as long as you'd be with me." So funny! And cute. Love it! :)

All About Us by He Is We feat. Aaron Gillespie


This song is just so incredibly adorable. It's so sweet and romantic and would work perfectly for a wedding. Right? Right?! (Btw, this video is so sad, but so sweet. Aww!)

Your Song by Ellie Goulding


I absolutely adore this cover by Ellie. She's just created such a mood to the song... gah! It's so good! Classic love song remade in a spectacular, totally non-cheeseball way. Can't really beat that.

Love Love Love by Avalanche City


Oh freakin' swoon... I know these songs are all older ones, but they're just so timeless! I couldn't believe I hadn't shared this one already. It's just perfect for our month of love songs!

    Oh my word, all songs made of pure win! I love The Ataris song simply because I am a fan of cute + funny. And He Is We, always a great group to listen to although I don't think I can handle that video again. It made me cry! Ellie's cover is amazing and I am finding Love, Love, Love to be simply adorable!

      Thanks! I'm so glad you enjoy these songs, too. I absolutely agree about All About Us video... it's so sad! But it's sweet, too, so that's okay. :)

    I LOVE The Ataris! One of my favorite songs by them is 'In This Diary' and 'I Won't Spend Another Night Alone' Hehe! I also love that Ellie Goulding song! Great choices here! :)

    I love.....Love Love Love. So pretty!

    I will have better non - Selena Gomez songs next week . Did I lose my indie music cred this week??? lol I hate that song but it's what pops into my head when I hear "love song"
