Tune in Tuesday is a weekly music feature originally hosted by the fabulous Ginger at GReads. However, for the time being, Katelyn of Kate's Tales of Books and Bands will be hosting. As some of you may know, I am ridiculously addicted to music. One of my favorite things to do is share the music I enjoy. Each week we'll be posting some of our favorites to spread the love of music. So link up and join the fun!
Hello again, music lovers! When I was trying to decide which song I wanted to share, this one caught my attention. Remember how I said the video for the last song made me homesick for Washington? Well, the lyrics in this one have succeeded in making me homesick again (except instead of moving back to CA, I moved back to AZ... boo). I've heard the song a million times (it's on one of my favorite playlists!), but never has it made me feel such a way. Maybe it was just the right song and the right moment? Anyway, I love it and I hope you will too.
Happy listening!
Green Hills Race For California by Emerson Hart
My question is, how could you NOT love this song!?!? He has such a great voice.

As soon as I read the title of your post, I was like OMG EMERSON HART!!! I really like him, and "Green Hills Race..." is a lovely song. I think my favorite one on that album is "Devastation Hands." Awesome pick!
ReplyDeleteLOVE this song! Also, I checked out the Greg Laswell song you recommended and it was fantastic! I couldn't believe that the YouTube video for it didn't have more views. Amazing songs! :)
